What EventMe provides
EventMe helps people discover events through its website and free curated email calendars. Organizers can purchase a website listing with inclusion in one relevant calendar edition, or a dedicated email promoting one event. The accepted quote identifies the purchased service, audience, schedule, price and any specific conditions.
Events and tickets
EventMe provides discovery and promotion services. We do not sell admission tickets or operate the events listed. Registration and ticket purchases happen with the organizer or an outside provider under their terms. Check event details, accessibility, age restrictions, prices and cancellation information with the organizer before making plans.
Your account and submissions
Provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for submissions and activity you authorize. Tell us through our contact form if you suspect unauthorized access. Organizers must have authority to advertise their events and permission to use submitted names, photographs, logos and other materials. You grant EventMe permission to format, display and distribute those materials to provide and promote the booked service.
Editorial review and paid placement
Submissions are subject to review. We may request corrections or refuse misleading, unlawful, infringing or unsuitable material. Purchasing promotion does not guarantee editorial endorsement. Paid placements are identified as sponsored or paid. Organizers must promptly report material changes, including cancellation, venue changes and inaccurate registration links.
Quotes, payment and scheduling
Submitting a request does not reserve a send date or create a paid booking. Review the quote, package terms and reservation deadline before paying. A booking becomes confirmed through the stated acceptance and payment process. Material changes to an event or promotion may require a revised quote, new approval or a different schedule. We do not promise a particular audience size unless it is expressly stated in the accepted quote.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact us promptly through your booking conversation or the contact form to request a change or cancellation. The cancellation and refund conditions shown in your accepted quote govern the promotion, subject to applicable law. Once an email has been sent it cannot be recalled, and completed promotional work is not undone by cancellation of the event. If we cannot provide a purchased placement, we will work with you on rescheduling or a refund for the unprovided service. Event ticket refunds must be requested from the ticket seller.
Understanding campaign results
Promotion purchases buy the agreed advertising service, not guaranteed attendance, ticket sales, clicks or revenue. Reports distinguish selected recipients, provider acceptance, reported delivery and recorded engagement when that information is available. Delivery generally means acceptance by a receiving mail server, not guaranteed inbox placement. Opens are image loads and may be caused by privacy features or automated systems; clicks may include security scanners. These are indicators, not proof that a person read an email. We do not measure ticket sales on outside sites unless an explicitly disclosed integration provides that information.
Acceptable use
Do not use EventMe for fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, malware, scraping personal information, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. We may restrict access or remove content to address abuse, security concerns or breaches of these terms. This does not remove any refund or other rights you have under applicable law.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but event details can change and online services can be interrupted. We are responsible for our promotional commitments; organizers remain responsible for their events. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant the performance or safety of third-party events, venues or websites. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Questions and updates

Material changes affecting an existing paid booking will not silently replace the agreed package terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
