Winter Cooking Demo: Make your day hike a gourmet adventure! |  | Come sample some easy to make, hearty meals that can be prepared on a simple backpacking stove. Up your winter day hike game with something hot and fresh and leave the frozen sandwiches behind. Your guide/chef for the evening is Kevin Rosenberg from International Adventure Guides. Kevin has been cooking up ‘backcountry gourmet’ meals for his clients since 2009 and has some great options for you. Proper stove operation and meal planning will also be discussed.
