You've probably crossed it hundreds of times! But, have you walked it, onto the Palisades - and seen the views from there?
We will walk almost 9 miles - over the bridge, and through the woods, to the Tenafly Classic Diner we will go! We will learn the history of the neighborhoods that used to be on those Palisades; we will walk through the Nature Center and through the historic neighborhood of the East Hill in Tenafly, be refreshed at the Diner, and return to the Port Authority at 42nd St. by bus. | WILLIAM GOODHART | The Street Teacher | The Tenafly Classic Diner | The Palisades Interstate Park | Historic Tenafly, NJ | NJ Transit - Route 166 | The George Washington Bridge | |
