Join Eric and the Distinguished Concerts Singers and Chamber Orchestra in a festive evening featuring choral arrangements of classics such as Carol of the Bells, O Christmas Tree, Christmas Time is Here, as well as original works including the world premiere orchestration of Whitacre’s The Boy Who Laughed at Santa Claus. |

DCINY celebrates the holiday season with the 9th annual presentation of Handel’s Messiah, the Goossens/Beecham 1959 re-orchestration for full symphony orchestra. Led by Maestro Jonathan Griffith, the performance features an international choir made up of singers from around the world. Festive handbell arrival music begins at 1:30 PM with The Great Christmas Ring, a massed holiday ringing concert conducted by Kevin McChesney and an appearance by Santa Claus. |
