The Apollo Space Program: Lessons Learned and Not Learned |
This year is the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing, an historic accomplishment for our country and also for New York, which was where the Grumman Corp. built the Lunar Module (LM).
We will hear from Apollo program test pilot Capt. Sam Greenberg, USNR (Ret.). Sam will discuss "lessons learned" and "not learned" during project Apollo related to the space program, aviation, engineering, with emphasis on risk identification and mitigation. This event is free and open to all who are interested. | | |
