Mindful Stress Management

Mindfulness is the journey of learning how to live and appreciate life in the present moment. Mindful Stress Management combines traditional mindfulness methods with clinically proven stress management techniques, self-care habits and relaxation practices.

The goal of each workshop is to learning to be self-aware in order to address the many stimulants in our lives and to respond to them in a balanced way. This can include:
- Deep breathing exercises
- Guided meditation
- Balancing statements
