The Economist's Food for Thought Dinner Party

Join The Economist's Food for Thought Dinner Party at Bouley Restaurant for an evening of food, cocktails and conversation. This exclusive event will celebrate An Edible History of Humanity, a new book by Economist businesss editor Tom Standage. Themes from this book will help to create a customised three-course menu prepared by Chef David Bouley. Guests will receive an autographed copy of the book and will have the opportunity to engage with the hosts throughout the night.
