Changing the Face of Medicine: Black Women in Medicine

To close out Women's History Month, The School Media Studies will host a screening of Changing the Face of Medicine: Black Women in Medicine, a documentary film by Crystal Emery, Media Studies alumna, followed by a panel discussion.
  • Book Signing and Reception 6pm to 7pm: Dr. Ruth Reid-Thornton and Dr. Travelle Franklin Ford Ellis.
  • Film Screening at 7pm with panel discussion to follow.
Panelists Include Dr. Doris Chang and Dr. Aletha Maybank. Hosted by Media Studies Professor, Michelle Materre.
