Beyond Resolutions: How Do We Change, REALLY?

Almost half of us Americans make New Year’s resolutions – but less than 10% are successfully following through. Did you make any? How’s it working out for you? Share your experiences with us – share what you’ve learned, and perhaps help us get a “second wind”.

No resolutions this year? Please share your reasons, and possibly re-think based on what others are experiencing.

We’ll get some stimulation and guidance on how we change, from Socrates, Jean Paul Sartre, and the Babylonian god Marduk.
