Reflections of Peace at Carnegie Hall on Martin Luther King Day

DCINY presents “Reflections of Peace,” featuring the NYC premiere of REQUIEM, written by Grammy-nominated, contemporary Norwegian composer, Kim André Arnesen. This lush and dramatic work will be conducted by Dr. James Meaders. Dr. Catherine Sailer from the University of Denver conducts Joseph Haydn’s impassioned LORD NELSON MASS, filled with heroic and virtuosic themes, and is considered by scholars to be Haydn’s greatest single composition written at the peak of his career.
